By purchasing cartoons from StockCartoons.co.uk you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Cartoons supplied remain the copyright of Chris Altham at all times and are supplied for use under license as detailed below.
Summary: Each purchase is based on one use only ie leaflet only, NOT leaflet + poster by the sole purchaser only. Print quantities not to exceed 1,000 on the 150dpi copies & 5,000 on the 300dpi copies. 72dpi digital use not to exceed 1 month period from date of order & excludes internet & intranet.
72 dpi files are for digital use for a period of up to 30 days from date of purchase. License excludes internet and intranet use, please contact info@stockcartoons.co.uk with full details for separate pricing. Please note all cartoons have electronically encrypted tags and are easily traceable over the internet.
150dpi files are for desktop printing with a one off maximum print run of up to 1,000. For further prints or additional uses please contact info@stockcartoons.co.uk with full details for separate pricing and license review.
300dpi files are for professional litho printing with a one off maximum print run of up to 5,000. For further prints or additional uses please contact info@stockcartoons.co.uk with full details for separate pricing and license review.
Cartoons are supplied for use by purchaser only and reuse by others or resale to others is strictly prohibited.
Cartoons are supplied for promotional awareness purposes only and exclude:
TV, Book Publishing, Internet, Intranet, Direct Sales generation such as greetings cards, t-shirts and other items for sale. For non standard uses please contact info@stockcartoons.co.uk with full details for separate pricing and license review.
Cartoons cannot be purchased for use with illegal or abusive material.
Cartoons must retain all credits and be shown in full and not in part. The cartoon may not be altered from the original supplied state.
Download facility of each purchased cartoon lasts for 30 days from date of purchase.
